What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction and happiness is our top priority. If for whatever reason you would like to return all or part of your order, you can do so by initiating a refund within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or customised unless damaged or faulty.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return please contact us quoting your order number and a list of the items you are returning.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
We recommend you use the original packaging and a tracked shipping service when returning goods to us. The items remain your responsibility until they arrive back with us safely. We are unable to provide a refund if we do not receive the items or if they are returned in an unsellable condition.
It is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.

Once your return is received, we will issue your refund within 1-2 working days.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, we will issue your refund as soon as possible. This is usually within 1-2 working days, but often sooner. Once the refund has been issued the money will be returned to your account. Depending on who you bank with, this may show up immediately, or it may take up to 5 working days to show on your statement.
I have received a wrong/damaged item, what do I do?
